 * 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or technical support role
 * Strong computer skills, including knowledge of networking, firewalls, and security

## Description

Jamestown Area Community FCU is looking for an IT Assistant to join our team located in Jamestown, NY. The IT Assistant will be responsible for providing technical support to our members and employees and assist with the administration of the network and servers. This position will work closely with the IT Manager including training., * Provide technical support on issues related to hardware, software, network, hardware connectivity issues, etc.

 * Provide assistance to members with IT related problems, typically through phone
 * Communicate with vendors through phone, email, and in person
 * Order supplies and maintain inventory
 * Review logs and fix IT related problems as they occur
 * Provide data requested for audits and various other needs
 * Maintain full compliance with federal and state regulations
