## About the Role

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or equivalent experience along with:

 * 10+ years of experience in software development, business systems analysis, or enterprise applications, including direct customer engagement and leadership of technology implementation and development projects.
 * Strong knowledge of software development, databases, APIs, and system integrations.

## Description

We are looking for an IT Software and Customer Solutions Engineer to join our team. This position bridges technology, business operations, and customer success by designing, implementing, and supporting software solutions for both internal users and customers. This role combines business systems analysis, software development, project leadership, and customer engagement to deliver solutions that improve efficiency, productivity, and customer experience.

The ideal candidate is a technically skilled problem solver who can translate business needs into technology solutions, lead projects, and build strong relationships with customers and stakeholders. Responsibilities include:

Business & Solution Analysis

 * Gather and analyze business and customer requirements.
 * Translate business needs into technical solutions and system enhancements.
 * Identify process improvements and automation opportunities.

Software Development & Support

 * Design, develop, test, and maintain web, mobile, database, and integration solutions.
 * Develop SQL databases, APIs, and business applications.
 * Troubleshoot, support, and optimize existing systems and software.

Customer Success & Engagement

 * Serve as a technical advisor for customers and internal users.
 * Lead software implementations, training, and support activities.
 * Conduct solution demonstrations and gather customer feedback.

Project Leadership

 * Lead technology projects from planning through deployment.
 * Coordinate efforts among customers, stakeholders, vendors, and development resources.
 * Manage project timelines, priorities, and communication.

Continuous Improvement

 * Recommend and implement technology enhancements.
 * Support product roadmaps and innovation initiatives.
 * Create and maintain technical and user documentation.
