Alternative certifications from CDCP, CDCS, CompTIA Server+, or Cisco CCNA are valuable as well. * Working towards additional certifications such as DCIE - Data Center Infrastructure Expert, DCES - Data Center Engineering Specialist, DCE - Data Center Expert. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills * Strong leadership presence with ability to influence cross-functional teams * Ability to translate technical concepts for diverse audiences * Proven ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution Senior Technical Support Engineer (Level 3) After the successful completion of new hire training, the working hours/shift for this position is Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm ET. This individual will lead technical operations and strategic initiatives for data center infrastructure, serving as a subject matter expert who drives operational excellence, mentors the technical team, and ensures alignment between tactical execution and strategic objectives.
