* Experience with budgeting, staffing, forecasting and work planning
 * 7 + years SAP ECC and S/4 development experience
 * Extensive experience in SAP project management, demonstrating a deep understanding of SAP solutions and their implementation.
 * Proven leadership skills, with a track record of successfully managing multiple teams in a fast paced environment
 * Proficiency in project planning, resource allocation, and risk management.
 * Experience in mentoring and developing team members to enhance their skills and capabilities

 * In-depth knowledge of Accenture delivery methodologies and practices
 * Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders
 * Ability to align and implement technical solutions using SAP and Icertis efficiently and in accordance with vendor best practices to minimize customization, enable vendor software upgrades, and maximize maintainability
 * Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and innovation within SAP project teams.
 * Familiarity with SAP tools and technologies, as well as a commitment to staying updated on industry trends

## Description

The SAP Application Developer Lead Senior Manager is responsible for leading detailed application design, development (coding), unit testing, and break/fix development remediation.

The Work:

 * Conduct translation of business area customer information into detailed enterprise application design
 * Interacting with SAP Functional Consultants and client team members to perform analysis of alternatives and provide recommendations
 * Conduct the preparation of programming specifications, diagrams, and coding logic flowcharts for enterprise application modifications and installations
 * Manage a team, including mentoring and training junior team members
