Education Requirements + Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or Finance. ## Description The Lead, Customer Master Data & Analytics, within the Finance Shared Services (FSS) organization, supports the Order-to-Cash (OTC) Global Process Lead by ensuring strong governance, data quality, and operational excellence for Customer Master Data across SAP S/4HANA and integrated systems. This role provides people leadership and partners cross-functionally to deliver accurate, compliant, and timely customer data that enables effective OTC execution, regulatory compliance, and data-driven decision-making, while driving continuous improvement, analytics, and process innovation.
