Prioritize time and energy based on the needs of the organization, in a continuously changing environment. ## Description The Development & Outreach (D&O) Manager serves as a crucial member of the management team and provides oversight in the areas of fundraising and organizational marketing and awareness. The Manager has deep knowledge of, and a genuine passion for, the services at Life'sWork and an enthusiastic commitment to the organization's success. The position focuses on leading Life'sWork' fundraising efforts, development strategies, and outreach and community engagement efforts. The manager serves as a champion of Life'sWork' important mission, engaging community partners, supporters, and funders. The Manager has a good understanding of the philanthropy ecosystem that supports human services organizations and networks in and around the Pittsburgh region. The Manager reports to the Executive Director, works closely with the Leadership team and supervises contracted consultants to provide for the short- and long-term needs of the organization.
