Additionally, this position requires the following: * Written communication * Planning & organizing * Presentation Skills * Flexibility/adaptability * Customer Orientation * Project planning and implementation * Ability to work independently Education * Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology or related field preferred Experience * 4-6 years in System administration, infrastructure ownership, and complex issue resolution preferred Certifications/Licenses * Valid driver's license and insurance required * Scissor lift license preferred ## Description Responsible for the design, implementation, support, and continuous improvement of the organization's core IT systems and infrastructure. Serves as the primary escalation point for complex technical issues, leads infrastructure and security initiatives, and reduces recurring support needs through long-term solutions and automation. Primary Responsibilities * Lead infrastructure improvements to enhance performance, reliability, and scalability. * Lead migration from on-premises systems (e.g., Exchange 2016) to Microsoft 365 and administer Microsoft 365 services. * Manage identity and access systems, including Active Directory and Entra ID. * Develop and maintain cybersecurity and disaster recovery practices aligned with organizational and regulatory requirements. * Serve as the primary escalation point for issues exceeding Tier 2 support. * Lead troubleshooting and resolution of complex, multi-system incidents. * Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to prevent recurring issues. Other Duties * Assist in planning and execution of IT projects and infrastructure initiatives. * Maintain accurate documentation, including system configurations, inventory, and knowledge base articles. * Assist in the development, implementation, and monitoring of IT policies, procedures, and standards. * Keep abreast of new technologies and industry trends and evaluate their impact on the organization. * Perform the duties of the IT Support Analyst or IT Technician as needed. Technical Skills * Microsoft Windows: Technical Supporter * Microsoft Office Suite: Technical Supporter * Accounting Software: Technical Supporter * Point of Sale Software: Technical Supporter, * Mobility: Required to stand; frequently walk, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch, crawl. * Dexterity: Requires hands to manipulate, feel, reach, lift and/or carry. * Sensory: Able to see objects, colors at close range or distance, peripheral, and depth vision, communicate orally with normal hearing decibel. * Lifting: Medium work (frequently lifts and/or carries 25 to 50 lbs. using safety measures in place.) * Driving: The operation of a motorized passenger vehicle or other vehicles such as forklifts. * Climbing: Such as ladders or scaffolding. * Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
