The ideal candidate will have hands-on Epicor Kinetic Cloud experience and be comfortable designing, configuring, and extending business processes through Configurator, BPMs, BAQs, integrations, and system configuration. They will partner directly with Engineering, Estimating, Purchasing, and Production across every business unit to solve manufacturing challenges. The role will be the technical owner of the system that runs our shop floors, our quoting, and our order-to-cash process, company-wide. This is a rare opportunity to shape and standardize ERP processes across multiple growing manufacturing businesses. The successful candidate will have significant influence over system architecture, process standardization, and future technology investments. Multi-Entity Scope This position will work across multiple sites building up to 6 companies within one Kinetic instance, which means: * Configuring and maintaining company/site structures, security, and segregation of duties across all entities * Building Configurator rule sets, BPMs, and BAQs that work across different companies; some shared logic, some business-specific * Identifying where processes should be standardized across businesses vs. where they legitimately need to stay distinct * Coordinating with multiple department stakeholders (Engineering, Estimating, Purchasing, Production) at each business.
