## About the Role

* Proven experience supporting D365 CE in a functional capacity
 * Any exposure to SCM is a bonus
 * Experience with configuration, support, and incident resolution
 * Exposure to Power Platform (desirable)
 * Familiarity with ITIL environments

You'll be joining a collaborative team supporting a critical Dynamics 365 estate that underpins key organisational functions.

## Description

* Provide 2nd line support across D365 Supply Chain Management (F&SCM) (core focus), alongside CE and Power Platform
 * Troubleshoot system/data issues and manage users, roles, and security
 * Monitor integrations, batch jobs, and workflows to ensure system stability
 * Support small changes, enhancements, and continuous improvement initiatives
 * Assist with release cycles, testing, and environment management
 * Collaborate with internal teams and third-party partners
