## Description

Working in a collaborative Agile environment, the Senior Java Developer will help shape technical direction, contribute to core product development, and support continuous improvement across engineering teams., As a Senior Java Developer, you will:

 * Develop new features and enhancements for enterprise software platforms
 * Work within Agile Scrum teams delivering high-quality software
 * Champion TDD, automated testing, and CI/CD best practices
 * Provide technical leadership and support engineering standards
 * Mentor developers through coaching and regular 1-to-1 support
 * Contribute to tooling, frameworks, and process improvements
 * Collaborate closely with technical and business stakeholders
