Experience in the following areas is desirable: * Microsoft 365, Azure and enterprise technology operations. * Supplier and managed service provider management. * Incident, problem, change and service management. * Cyber security and operational resilience practices. * Governance, audit and compliance environments. * Business continuity and disaster recovery planning. * Stakeholder management across both technical and non-technical teams. * Management reporting and operational performance metrics. * Driving process improvements and enhancing service delivery. ## Description Cedar are looking for a Technology Operations Manager to join a growing organisation operating within a regulated industry, currently investing in their technology capabilities to support the next phase of their growth. Cedar are seeking an experienced hire to oversee day-to-day technology operations across a modern Microsoft environment. This is a senior operational role focused on service ownership, supplier management and stakeholder engagement rather than hands-on technical administration. Working across Technology, Risk, Compliance, Data and Change functions, you will ensure technology services remain stable, secure and scalable. You will also play a key role in driving operational improvements, strengthening resilience and ensuring third-party providers consistently deliver against agreed expectations.
