## Description

* Du verantwortest das Retail Controlling und agierst als Business Partner:in für die relevanten Stakeholder
 * Du bist für die Pflege und Weiterentwicklung unseres operativen Retail Controllings verantwortlich
 * Du wirkst aktiv an der Budgetierung und Erstellung des Forecasts mit und entwickelst diese weiter
 * Du führst Abweichungsanalysen durch und leitest daraus konkrete Handlungsempfehlungen ab
 * Du erstellst, weiterentwickelst und monitorst KPI-Dashboards und Reports in MS Power BI
 * Du sorgst für einheitliche und datenbasierte Standards beim Reporting und Analyse und bist Ansprechperson für die Finanzverantwortlichen der Ländergesellschaften bei Controlling relevanten Fragestellungen
