Für unseren Kunden suchen wir einen erfahrenen IT Systemtechniker (m/w/d), der Spaß daran hat, IT Arbeitsplätze und Serverinfrastrukturen zu betreuen und Anwender direkt vor Ort zu unterstützen.

Wenn Du gerne hands on arbeitest, Hardware installierst, Fehler analysierst und Anwender unmittelbar und lösungsorientiert betreust, dann passt Du perfekt zu dieser Position., * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Fachinformatiker Systemintegration oder vergleichbare Qualifikation mit Berufserfahrung

 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse gängiger Betriebssysteme
 * Gute Hardwarekenntnisse im Desktop und Notebook Bereich
 * Grundlegende Kenntnisse in LAN und WLAN
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

## Description

* Installation und Konfiguration von Clients
 * Durchführung von Hardware Umzügen inklusive Abbau, Aufbau und Verkabelung
 * Garantie und Standard Reparaturen im Desktop, Notebook und Druckerbereich
 * Analyse und Behebung von Software und Hardware Störungen
 * Bearbeitung von Service Calls im Client Umfeld
 * Durchführung von Vor Ort Support beim Kunden
