## Description

* Leitung des Bereichs SSO mit mehreren Arbeitsgruppen an den Standorten Villingen-Schwenningen und Freiburg
 * Entwicklung der bereichsspezifischen F&E-Strategie, basierend auf der Institutsstrategie sowie Ableitung & Umsetzung von Maßnahmen zur Bereichsentwicklung
 * Akquisition von bereichsspezifischen- und institutsübergreifenden F&E-Projekten und Unterstützung der Projektakquise am Institut sowie institutsübergreifend
 * Marktbeobachtung, Technologiescouting und Entwicklungsplanung für den Bereich
 * Aufbau und Pflege von Kooperationsnetzwerken extern sowie innerhalb der Hahn-Schickard-Gesellschaft
 * Budgetplanung und Personalführung
