These are some example traits that we are looking for in candidates, beyond your typical data science tasks. You will be part of a team that prizes "AI-First" thinking and building. We want people who love to debug a problem deeply once, if you have to debug it twice, it's time to automate it. We strive for high standards but remain focused on business outcomes. Every model or dashboard must have a clear "so what?"
