This is a varied and exciting position combining business administration, customer support, help desk coordination, and operational support. You'll work closely with the project and technical teams, supporting a range of clients.

Your responsibilities will include:

 * Business administration and operational support
 * Logging and managing fault calls
 * Delivering first level technical support
 * Supporting project delivery and installations
 * Liaising with clients, engineers, and suppliers
 * Configuration of hardware & content management systems
