## About the Role

* Ein abgeschlossenes Studium (z. B. Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik, BWL) oder vergleichbare Qualifikation. On Top: tiefgehende Kenntnisse im Bereich der internen IT oder digitalen Transformation.
 * Mindestens 5 Jahre in der Leitung von IT-Projekten oder -Programmen, idealerweise im Konzern mit Matrixstruktur oder in der Beratung.
 * Erfahrung in der Analyse, Digitalisierung und Optimierung komplexer Geschäftsprozesse.
 * Sehr gute Kenntnisse in MS Excel und PowerPoint sowie Erfahrung mit Kollaborationstools (z. B. Planner, Power Automate, Brainstorming Tools, ... ).
 * Freude an komplexen Aufgaben, strukturiertem Arbeiten und hypothesenbasiertem Vorgehen.
 * Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise, Verantwortungsbewusstsein und die Fähigkeit, Kolleg*innen zu motivieren.
 * Hohe Umsetzungsorientierung, Priorisierungsfähigkeit und Pragmatismus.
 * Sehr gute Deutsch- & Englischkenntnisse (mind. Level C1), denn diese Rolle ist interdisziplinär (enge Zusammenarbeit mit internationalen Kollegen*innen).
