The SSR is responsible for ensuring that mission planning computers, peripheral equipment, software applications, and digital map data are properly maintained, updated, and fully operational. This position supports mission planning activities for daily operations, training exercises, deployments, and real-world contingency operations. Responsibilities The successful candidate will maintain the Mission Planning IT environment and provide technical support for mission planning systems. This role requires strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to resolve hardware, software, and system issues while managing communications, documentation, testing, and follow-through until issues are fully resolved.
