8+ years managing large-scale, complex IT or business transformation projects in structured environments

 - Strong command of project management methodologies such as PMI/PMBOK, Agile, or Hybrid
 - Proven experience in project scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning
 - Expertise in stakeholder management across technical and business units
 - Advanced skills in risk management, issue tracking, and change control
 - Exceptional written and verbal communication, including executive reporting
 - Proficiency in project management tools (MS Project, Smartsheet, Jira)
 - Demonstrated ability to ensure compliance with governance, policies, and procurement requirements
Preferred Skills

 - Experience in public sector or state government environments, especially public safety or law enforcement agencies
 - Familiarity with state procurement frameworks such as FAST or DIR contracts
 - PMP (Project Management Professional) certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

 - Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including detailed scope, schedule, budget, resources, risk, and communication strategies.
 - Define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones in partnership with business and technical stakeholders.
 - Coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors to drive timely and successful project execution.
 - Monitor project performance, track progress, and ensure rapid escalation and resolution of issues and risks.
 - Facilitate stakeholder engagement, lead project meetings, and deliver executive-level status reports.
 - Manage project scope changes through formal change control and ensure compliance with governance and procurement policies.
 - Oversee vendor performance, contract deliverables, and ensure adherence to DPS, state procurement, and FAST contract requirements.
 - Support project documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks throughout the project lifecycle.
