## Description

* Deliver on-site deskside support at the Denver, CO location.

 * Provide hardware and software support for Windows and Mac desktops and laptops.

 * Configure, test, and install printers, scanners, and network copier/printers.

 * Install and configure laptops and PCs using standardized computer images.

 * Support users with file share access and permissions-related issues.

 * Track, log, and report all service requests accurately.

 * Perform security vulnerability patching and remediation.

 * Provide conference room/AV support as needed.

 * Ensure the latest approved BIOS updates and system patches are applied to PCs and laptops.
