 * 10+ years of overall IT infrastructure experience
 * 2+ years of architecture-level or technical leadership experience
 * Strong hands-on experience with Dynatrace administration and observability platforms
 * Deep understanding of enterprise monitoring, alerting, and performance management concepts
 * Experience supporting large enterprise infrastructure environments
 * Strong understanding of:
