## About the Role

* Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
 * Proven programming experience in a non-managerial role.
 * Successful completion of a 7-year Standard Background Check and Credit History Check.
 * 7-Year Certified Driving Record (MVR).
 * Completion of E-Verify process.
 * Ability to pass CJIS security screening after onboarding.
 * Current residency in South Carolina, North Carolina, or Georgia with willingness to relocate to South Carolina at own expense prior to start date.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

 * Experience working within government or state agency projects.
 * Familiarity with hybrid work environments and virtual collaboration tools.

## Description

The Programmer - Consultant will provide expert programming services to support state projects, working primarily in a hybrid environment with some onsite requirements. This role involves collaboration with management to deliver technical solutions while adhering to strict security and residency requirements. Responsibilities:

 * Develop, test, and maintain software applications as per project requirements.
 * Collaborate with project managers and team members to ensure timely delivery of solutions.
 * Participate in virtual interviews and onboarding processes.
 * Comply with all security screenings and background checks before and during employment.
 * Work onsite as required by the manager based on project needs.
