 * Experience working with Cherwell Service Management
 * Ability to write queries for use in Team Foundation Services
 * Experience working with XML and interface tools such as Postman
 * Experience writing SQL Queries using Microsoft SQL Server Management Studio
 * Ability to mentor new team members on our Agile Software Development Practices

## Description

Description: As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our software products. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and developers to transform ideas into reality. If you're a strategic thinker with a blend of business acumen and technical understanding, we want you on board.

Primary duties of this position include:

 * Continuously assess market trends, user feedback, and competitive landscapes to inform product decisions.
 * Lead sprint planning, backlog grooming, and participate in agile ceremonies such as daily standups and sprint reviews.
 * Act as the voice of the customer, ensuring their needs are at the forefront of product development.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and designers to create a cohesive product roadmap.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and prioritize product requirements based on business objectives and user needs.
 * Work closely with development teams to define user stories and acceptance criteria.
 * Clearly communicate product requirements and ensure alignment across teams, including product updates and progress to various stakeholders.
 * Maintain a welldefined backlog and ensure it aligns with overall product strategy.
 * Define and prioritize product features based on business objectives and user needs.
 * Collaborate with stakeholders, development teams, and designers to create a cohesive product roadmap.
 * Clearly communicate product requirements and ensure alignment across teams.
