Ogletree Deakins is looking for an experienced Docketing Specialist to join our Client Information Risk Services department. The Docketing Specialist is responsible for executing a wide range of functions including, but not limited to, reviewing electronic mail and filings for accuracy and completeness, and communicating routinely with attorneys, paralegals and practice assistants. The Docketing Specialist also participates in, or manages, assigned projects and/or tasks for local, regional, or Firm-wide initiatives. This position may be remote, but the successful candidate must reside in a state where we have a physical office. We will consider qualified applicants with criminal histories in the manner consistent with the Los Angeles Fair Chance Initiative for Hiring. Qualified applicants with arrest and conviction records will be considered for the position in accordance with the Fair Chance Ordinance.
