## About the Role

+ Requires a University Degree and minimum of7years of relevant experience in supply chainand operationsanalytics, or advanced degree with a minimum of5years of relevant experience in supply chainand operationsanalytics.Demand Planning experience is a plus.

 + Ability to influence decisions and drive projects to completion. **Nice to Have**

 + ExperienceleveragingAI to improveproductivity is a plus

 + SQL Developer experience is a plus but notrequired

 + Visualization experience such asPowerBI

 + PowerAppsand Power Automate experience.

 + Experience working in an Agile environment.

 + Experience in a regulated environment like Medical Device, etc. .

For Baccalaureate degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree that satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A) is required.

## Description

+ Facilitate the ideation and creation of analytical solutions for various functions.

 + Capture requirements and suggest improvements for analytical processes.

 + Collaborate extensively across cross-functional teams and the organization.

 + Drivethe development and deployment of analytical solutions, fosteringanalyticsand insights that yield positive business outcomes.

 + Ensure the development of Analytics & Insights aligns with the End-to-End (E2E) supply chain focus and business objectives.Experience in demand planning is a plus.

 + Act as a key resource to support and drive analytics initiatives.

 + Ensurea high levelof customer value and satisfaction through extreme ownership.

 + Promote the adoption and usage of analytics tools and insights.

 + Support training of analytic tools.

 + Ensuretimelyand efficient delivery of solutions.

 + Serve as a steward of your analytics by generating insightsforbusiness use cases.
