 * 5+ years of Redux Toolkit, React Hook Form, and enterprise React ecosystems
 * 5+ years of Design System and Component Library ownership experience (Fluent UI, Material UI, Storybook)
 * 5+ years of Micro Frontend Architecture using Module Federation and Monorepos
 * 5+ years of API - driven development experience working with remote data via SOAP, REST and JSON
 * 5+ years of experience with Agile, Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery/Deployment (CI/CD), DevOps concepts
 * 2+ years of experience with AI, Gen AI, Agentic automation solutions design, and development (Claude, Co-Pilot, Devin AI)
 * 2+ years of employing web application security principles including authentication, authorization, secure session management, encryption, and protections against common vulnerabilities

Desired Qualifications:

 * 4+ years of experience with Azure, OpenShift or other PaaS and cloud technologies
 * 4+ years of experience with Jira software, Confluence software, Draw.io
 * 4+ years of electronic signature experience
 * 5+ years' experience in working in Agile development environment using Scrum or Kanban methodologies
 * 5+ years' experience in working web application development using Spring framework and Spring boot
 * Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
 * Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
 * Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills
 * Working knowledge of AI concepts and experience integrating with AI tools, APIs
 * Ability to work effectively, as well as independently, in a team environment, + $85,389-116,975 per year
