## About the Role

* Apache Airflow
 * Apache Spark
 * ClickHouse
 * dbt
 * Experience with object storage / data lakes (S3; Apache Iceberg is a plus)
 * Kafka
 * Production-level Python and SQL
 * Understanding of product analytics and attribution (AppsFlyer, MyTracker, ad network trackers) - a strong plus

Leadership & management skills:

 * Experience leading a team of 3-5 people, or working as a tech lead with real ownership of deadlines
 * Track record of cross-functional projects spanning engineering, analytics, and product
 * Ability to give - and hold to - time estimates
 * Experience with knowledge transfer and documentation
 * Strong, constructive communication skills

Nice to have:

 * Background in ad-tech, mobile analytics, or marketing analytics
 * Experience with storage migrations and cross-region infrastructure moves
 * Experience using AI tools and agentic approaches in data engineering

## Description

* Lead a team of data engineers, driving the development process end-to-end
 * Run team rituals: Weekly Planning, Daily Standups, Planning Poker
 * Coordinate closely with the analytics and product teams
 * Contribute to architecture design for new projects
 * Support and extend functionality of our existing systems
 * Optimize and automate development workflows
