 * Kenntnisse oder erste Erfahrung im Umgang mit Large Language Models, Fine-Tuning, Prompt Engineering und modernen KI-Architekturen.
 * Analytische, strukturierte und kreative Arbeitsweise.

 * Erstellung natürlicher Dialogflüsse, Interaktionskonzepte und Tonalitäten für verschiedene Kommunikationskanäle.
 * Analyse von Interaktionsdaten und kontinuierliche Optimierung der Conversational-AI-Lösungen.Training und Weiterentwicklung von KI-Agenten, inkl. Modellverbesserung und Datenaufbereitung.
