## Description

Faszination GmbH sucht einen erfahrenen Senior Software Engineer (Fullstack mit AI-Nähe) (m/w/d), der unser dynamisches Team verstärkt. In dieser Rolle sind Sie verantwortlich für die Entwicklung und Implementierung von innovativen Softwarelösungen mit einem besonderen Fokus auf künstliche Intelligenz. Sie arbeiten eng mit verschiedenen Teams zusammen, um Projekte von der Konzeption bis zur Umsetzung zu begleiten.

 * Entwicklung und Wartung von Fullstack-Anwendungen mit einem Fokus auf AI-Integration.
 * Zusammenarbeit mit Data Scientists zur Implementierung von AI-Modellen in bestehende Systeme.
 * Analyse und Optimierung der Softwarearchitektur für bessere Leistung und Skalierbarkeit.
 * Leitung von Code-Reviews und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung von Qualitätsstandards.
 * Unterstützung bei der technischen Planung und Entscheidungsfindung.
 * Mentorenschaft für Junior-Entwickler und Unterstützung bei deren beruflicher Weiterentwicklung.
