 + Automatisierung / Scripting mit PowerShell, Bash oder Python
 * Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (min. B2) und ein sicheres Verständnis technischer englischer Dokumentationen.
 * Eine strukturierte, verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise und Lust auf Teamarbeit in einem modernen IT-Umfeld.

## Description

* Du administrierst und entwickelst unsere Windows- und Linux-Serverlandschaften weiter - virtuell, sicher und effizient.
 * Du betreust unsere Microsoft-Infrastruktur (Active Directory, GPOs, WSUS, Exchange) sowie virtuelle Umgebungen (z. B. VMware, Citrix).
 * Du überwachst, analysierst und optimierst unsere Netzwerk- und Cloud-Infrastruktur - vom Rechenzentrum bis zur Cloud.
 * Du automatisierst Routineaufgaben mit Scripting (PowerShell, Bash, Python) und sorgst für einen reibungslosen Betrieb.
 * Du bringst dich aktiv in die Weiterentwicklung unserer Container-Umgebung (Docker, Kubernetes) und CI/CD-Prozesse ein.
 * Du achtest auf Sicherheit und Stabilität, hältst unsere Systeme ISMS- und BSI-konform und dokumentierst deine Arbeit strukturiert.
 * Im 2nd- und 3rd-Level-Support analysierst du komplexe Fehlerbilder und findest nachhaltige Lösungen.
