* At least 5 years' experience working as a Product Owner/Product Manager
 * In depth experience in developing digital (data and AI) products that drive impact
 * Familiarity working with cross-functional teams in an agile environment
 * Experience writing user stories to build up a product backlog
 * Experience with operational processes in an airline are a plus
 * Fluent business English skills (written and spoken)

## Description

* Shape the vision and roadmap for your product in close collaboration with the stream lead (Aircraft)
 * Collaborate with subject matter experts to thoroughly analyze existing processes, pinpoint improvement areas, and design actionable solutions
 * Work closely with Business Analysts, Data Scientists, and Engineers to develop scalable solutions and products that leverage complex, large-scale data, data science, and AI techniques to improve operational efficiency and optimization
 * Independently write user stories to build up awell-structured product backlog that translate operational needs into action
 * Prioritize effectively, ensuring the backlog aligns with strategic goals and delivers maximum value to the company
 * Lead cross-functional teams through lateral leadership, driving delivery of improvements reliably and on time
