* Fehlerbehebung bei Check-in- und Boarding-Geräten (Windows 10 & Peripheriegeräte).
 * Hardware-Reparaturen.
 * Software & Hardware installieren und konfigurieren.
 * Vorbeugende und korrigierende Wartung.
 * Vorfälle registrieren und überwachen.
 * Überwachung von Self-Service-Boarding-E-Gates und Überwachung der SLAs.

Was wir suchen:

 * Eine positive Einstellung und großartige Fähigkeiten im Kundenservice.
 * Affinität zur Informationstechnologie (IT) (Schulung wird gegeben).
 * Teamplayer und selbstständiges Arbeiten.
 * Fähigkeit, unter Druck ruhig zu bleiben.

Das Erhalten eines Sicherheitsausweis ist erforderlich, weil ein solcher Ausweis für die Arbeit zwingend notwendig ist.
