## Description

* Im Rahmen der IT-Beratung optimieren Sie das Enterprise Service Management komplexer IT-Organisationen und deren Neuausrichtung, auch über Unternehmensgrenzen hinaus
 * Sie gestalten und steuern Projekte zur Optimierung von Prozessen, Wertströmen und organisatorischen Abläufe mit dem Ziel der Leistungssteigerung der IT bzw. des IT-Betriebs
 * Als Senior Consultant gestalten und steuern Sie prozessübergreifende Vorhaben bis hin zu komplexen Verbesserungsprogrammen im Rahmen der IT Organisationsberatung und Service Governance
 * Innerhalb der Projekte übernehmen Sie aktiv die Wissensvermittlung im Rahmen von internen Workshops und führen den Kunden durch den Wandel seiner Organisation
 * Sie übernehmen die Schnittstellenfunktion zwischen den Fachbereichen und der IT
