 + Provide outstanding support to Italian-speaking users via email, live chat, and phone, addressing their inquiries and concerns regarding the online platform.

 + Guide users on how to maximize their experience on the platform and utilize its features effectively.
 + Maintain detailed documentation of customer interactions and resolutions in the CRM system.
 + Collaborate with other teams to identify and communicate common issues faced by users, proposing potential solutions.
 + Keep abreast of platform updates and new features to provide accurate and up-to-date support.
 + Conduct follow-ups with users to ensure satisfaction with the resolution provided.
