Key responsabilities:

 + Implement and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud & MC Account Engagement to manage all sales activities, including for customer data, sales opportunities and the sales pipeline (SPL), contract management and renewal, and ongoing customer management and communication.
 + Support the integration of Salesforce into processes and systems from other departments, including customer service, marketing or finance, and other entities, including Allianz Partners.
 + Develop standard reporting leveraging Salesforce for all levels of the sales organization, including the Chief Sales Officer of the Solvd Group, to create transparency and minimize a duplication of effort.
 + Locate, catalogue and store (digitize) all customer contracts in Salesforce to ensure the ongoing cataloguing and storing of all customer contracts.
 + Drive and manage the continuous development of Salesforce specifically for the Solvd Group, including managing a quarterly release process.
