## About the Role

Do you have a valid Driver's License license?, Do you have experience in Customer communication?, Do you have a High school diploma or GED?, * IT experience as a Desktop Support technician with experience diagnosing and resolving technical issues with hardware and software systems, providing general desktop support.

 * Well-versed in computer systems and be able to set up hardware, install and configure software.
 * Basic networking troubleshooting skills.
 * Reliable attendance.
 * Excellent customer service and communication skills.
 * Computer equipment configuration, setup, and installation.
 * Experience in ticketing software (preferably ServiceNow).
 * Hardware and software experience.
 * Must maintain a valid driver's license.
