The ideal candidate can define problems, design solutions, and contribute directly to development, while partnering with IT to ensure production scalability and alignment with enterprise standards. This role is expected to drive data-informed decision-making at Director and VP levels. About the role - you will: Business Analysis & Solution Architecture * Partner with stakeholders to define use cases, success metrics, and decision outcomes. * Translate complex business problems into clear functional and technical requirements. * Design scalable solutions that improve processes and reduce manual effort. * Own solution intent (what and why) while aligning with IT on execution. Hands-On Development * Build and enhance data pipelines, models, and analytics solutions. * Develop and maintain production-quality code (SQL, Python, or similar). * Create dashboards and analytical tools that support executive decision-making. * Contribute to system integrations (e.g., APIs, ETL, EDI, SAP-adjacent systems). Data, Analytics & Automation * Design data models with strong data quality, traceability, and governance. * Automate manual workflows using scripting or low-code tools. * Ensure reconciliation and auditability, particularly for cost and supplier data. * Balance speed of delivery with long-term scalability and maintainability.
