+ 8+ years developing systems and software for large business environments.

 + 5+ years designing complex distributed systems, platforms, or business applications

 + Hands-on experience integrating AI into production software, ideally driving AI projects standalone with commoditized AI tools and agentic workflows.

 + Experience using AI evaluation tools and shipping AI features to production.

 + Full-stack experience with modern AI/ML platforms (Vertex AI, SageMaker, Bedrock), LLM APIs, agent orchestration frameworks, vector databases, and Python; plus depth in at least one of:

 + Front-end: React, Angular, SwiftUI (iOS), Kotlin (Android)

 + Back-end: Java, TypeScript, Spring, Node.js

 + Production experience in AWS or GCP

 + BS/MS in Computer Science or related field

 + Drives velocity in a matrixed environment with numerous stakeholders

 + Strong mentor; communicates effectively with technical and non-technical audiences

 + Excellent communicator; self-starter who makes decisions independently

 + Drives results across cross-functional, globally distributed teams
