* 3+ years of experience in system administration with on-premise and cloud environments such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
 * Experience in Windows and Linux server administration
 * Experience with network configuration, security, and troubleshooting
 * Knowledge of virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V
 * Knowledge of monitoring tools and performance optimization techniques
 * Knowledge of backup or recovery solutions and disa ster recovery planning
 * Ability to automate tasks using scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python
 * Ability to work collaboratively across teams
 * Top Secret clearance
 * HS diploma or GED

 * Experience with containerization, including Docker or Kubernetes
 * Experience with identity and access management solutions
 * Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI / CD pipelines
 * Knowledge of compliance standards such as ISO, SOC, or GDPR
 * Ability to mentor junior team members and lead technical projects
 * Possession of excellent communication skills
 * MCSE, RHCE, or AWS Certified SysOps Administrator Certification s
