## Description

I am recruiting on behalf of my client, an established technology business that delivers specialist software and communication solutions to customers across the UK., Working as part of a small, supportive team, you will maintain and support business critical software applications and communication systems, ensuring customers receive a high level of technical support and service., * Maintain, support and monitor business critical software applications and communication systems.

 * Provide technical support to customers and internal teams.
\n

 * Investigate, diagnose and resolve technical faults.
\n

 * Manage and prioritise support requests using the company's helpdesk system.
\n

 * Carry out routine system health checks and preventative maintenance.
\n

 * Assist with the installation, configuration and commissioning of new systems.
\n

 * Work closely with other technical teams to resolve customer issues.
\n

 * Support demonstrations of new products and solutions when required.
\n

 * Participate in an on call rota and provide out of hours support when required.
\n
