 * Fachliche Leitung (Planung, Einweisung, Trainings) des Teams Konstruktion Blasformtechnik
 * Verantwortung für die Planung, Strukturierung, Überwachung und Optimierung der Konstruktionsabläufe sowie Prozesse innerhalb der Blasformtechnik im Werkzeugbau
 * Sicherstellung und Planung einer effizienten Mitarbeitereinsatzplanung
 * Verantwortung, Überwachung und Durchsetzung der Einhaltung von Arbeitssicherheits-, Unfallverhütungs- und Umweltschutzvorschriften in der Fertigung unter Zuhilfenahme diverser Betriebssysteme wie GEORG, eplas, MVP
 * Organisation der Konstruktion / Optimierung im Bereich der Blasformtechnik
 * KVP-Maßnahmen und Optimierung von Konstruktionen für den Bereich Blasformtechnik
