Do you have experience in Computer networking?, Do you have a Associate's degree?, * Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field with minimum of five (5) years related experience or minimum of ten (10) years related experience.

## Description

* Manages the setup of user accounts for Active Directory and other networked systems.
 * Manages the process of terminating user accounts for Active Directory and other networked systems.
 * Provides Tier 1 support for field file servers.
 * Setup and configuration for field file servers.
 * Monitors security/patch management for field file servers.
 * Configuration and ongoing monitoring of backups for field file servers.
 * Provides Tier 3 support for end user issues, including application support
 * Maintains documentation for responsible processes, including new user account setup, field file server setup, configuration, and backups.
 * Responsible for maintaining accurate hardware inventory for all field file servers.
 * Other duties as assigned by Supervisor.
