* Qualifikation: abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (z B. Fachinformatiker:in für Systemintegration). Alternativ bringst du als Quereinsteiger:in entsprechende Berufserfahrung mit
 * Dein IT-Know-How: Du verfügst über umfassendes Wissen in den IT-Bereichen Hardware, Software und Betriebssysteme (Windows & iOS) sowie Netzwerke. Erfahrungen mit Telefonanlagen sind von Vorteil, aber kein Muss. In den Bereichen: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft 365 & Exchange Online bringst du grundlegende Kenntnisse mit.
 * Problemlöser:in Mentalität: Du verfügst über Erfahrungen im Umgang mit Ticket- und Remote-Tools, was eine effiziente Bearbeitung von Anfragen und Problemen ermöglicht.
 * Dein Arbeitsstil: Du bist offen für neue Themen, Projekte und Verfahren sowie du arbeitest strukturiert und eigenverantwortlich.
 * Sprachkenntnisse: gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.

## Description

* Ansprechpartner:in: Du führst eigenständig On- und Offboardings für Mitarbeiter*innen durch, um einen reibungslosen Integrations- und Trennungsprozess im Unternehmen zu gewährleisten.
 * Systeme überwachen: Du überwachst IT-Systeme und Netzwerke und sorgst für deren einwandfreien Betrieb.
 * Dokumentation: Du erstellst und pflegst Dokumentationen sowie teaminterne Wissensdatenbanken, um einen umfassenden Wissensaustausch und effiziente Arbeitsabläufe sicherzustellen.
 * Projekte: Du begleitest interne Vorhaben aus technischer Sicht und führst eigenverantwortlich kleine Projekte durch, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf und erfolgreiche Umsetzung sicherzustellen
