## Description

* Du arbeitest eng mit unseren Kunden, unserem Vertrieb und internen Teams zusammen. Du verstehst die Herausforderungen unserer Kunden, entwickelst passende Lösungskonzepte und übersetzt diese in Anforderungen für die Weiterentwicklung unserer mittlerweile mehrfach ausgezeichneten Plattform.
 * Du definierst User Stories, pflegst das Produkt-Backlog und priorisierst die Themen für die Entwickler/innen.
 * Du betreust unsere Entwicklungsteams fachlich und bist mit ihnen im engen Austausch, um die Qualität der entwickelten Lösungen sicherzustellen.
 * Du entwickelst gemeinsam mit Kunden und internen Fachbereichen Konzepte für neue Funktionen und individuelle Lösungen und begleitest deren Umsetzung von der ersten Idee bis zum erfolgreichen Einsatz.
 * Du bist die Schnittstelle zwischen unseren Kunden und unserem Produkt: Du verstehst fachliche Anforderungen, entwickelst passende Lösungskonzepte, begleitest individuelle Kundenprojekte und überführst wertvolle Erkenntnisse in die Weiterentwicklung unserer SaaS-Plattform.
