 * Aufbau neuer Infrastruktursysteme nach Spezifikationen
 * Beratung und Unterstützung von Kollegen bei komplexen Anfragen im Office- und Shopfloor-Umfeld
 * Betreuung der IT-Infrastruktur im First Level Support
 * Nachverfolgung lokaler IT-Aufträge und Dokumentation von Abweichungen
 * Analyse und Klärung technischer Probleme mit internen und externen Partnern
 * Durchführung von Patches und Upgrades der Betriebssysteme unter Einhaltung der IT-Richtlinien
 * Durchführung regelmäßiger Wartungsmaßnahmen gemäß Herstellervorgaben
 * Dokumentation von Lösungen komplexer Problemstellungen in der Lösungsdatenbank
 * Bearbeitung von Service Requests und Incidents im Second Level Support gemäß ITSM-Prozessen
 * Betreuung von Office- und Shopfloor-Systemen per Remote-Zugriff oder vor Ort
 * Mitarbeit in IT-Aufträgen sowie IT- und Projektumfängen am Standort
 * Pflege und Sicherstellung der Hardware- und Software-Assets im Asset-Management-System
