* Analyse und Lösung anspruchsvoller Systemstörungen, auch bei komplexen oder ungewöhnlichen Fehlerbildern
 * Administration von Microsoft-Technologien wie Microsoft 365, Azure, Entra ID, Exchange Online oder SharePoint
 * Mitwirkung an der Planung, Koordination und Umsetzung von IT-Projekten, Migrationen und technischen Umstellungen
 * Betreuung und Optimierung von Virtualisierungsumgebungen (z. B. Hyper-V oder VMware), Softwareverteilung, GPOs und Backups
 * Dokumentation und Weiterentwicklung von Support-Prozessen sowie Pflege von internem Know-how
