* Erste Anlaufstelle für Mitarbeiter bei sämtlichen Anfragen zu Hard- und Software im Rahmen des First-Level-Supports als IT-Mitarbeiter Mannheim
 * Unterstützung bei der Betreuung und Optimierung der IT-Infrastruktur
 * Durchführung von Neuinstallationen und Wartungsarbeiten an IT-Arbeitsplätzen
 * Verwaltung und Unterstützung von Microsoft-Komponenten und Mobiltelefonen
 * Verwaltung und Koordination des IT-Equipment-Bestellwesens
 * Pflege und Verwaltung des Telefon- und Netzwerkdosen-Patchmanagements
 * Planung und Umsetzung neuer IT-Projekte
