You'll tackle our most ambiguous and challenging technical problems, ensuring our systems are scalable, reliable, and built for the long term. Your mission might include: * Driving the technical vision and architecture for our core product, working closely with our ML team to integrate new AI features. * Leading the design and execution of large-scale technical projects, such as evolving our monorepo strategy or migrating a core service to a new architecture. * Mentoring other senior engineers, elevating the team's skills through code reviews, architectural guidance, and establishing best practices. * Partnering with product and engineering leadership to identify and de-risk technical challenges in the product roadmap for the next 1-2 years.
