## About the Role

Du bringst fundierte SAP-Projektleitungserfahrung und ein starkes Verständnis für komplexe Organisationen mit:

 * Akademischer Abschluss in Betriebswirtschaft, Wirtschaftsinformatik, Informatik oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
 * Erfahrung im Konzernumfeld (typischerweise > 10.000 Mitarbeitende)
 * Mehrjährige Verantwortung in der Leitung von SAP-Projekten, idealerweise mit
S/4HANA-Migrationen oder -Einführungen (Greenfield, Brownfield, Conversion)

 * Sehr gutes Verständnis mehrerer SAP-Module, insbesondere
FI/CO, MM, SD, PP/PS, WM/EWM, HCM, optional SAP Fiori / UI5

 * Erfahrung mit SAP-Projektmethoden (SAP Activate, ASAP) sowie klassischen und agilen Vorgehensmodellen
 * Sicherer Umgang mit Projekt- und Kollaborationstools
(z. B. Jira, Confluence, MS Project)

 * Strukturierte Arbeitsweise, hohe Kommunikationssicherheit und souveränes Auftreten
 * Deutsch verhandlungssicher, sehr gute Englischkenntnisse

Nice to have:

 * SAP- oder Projektmanagement-Zertifizierungen (z. B. SAP, PMP®, Prince2, Scrum)
 * Erfahrung in internationalen Projekt-Setups oder hybriden Organisationsstrukturen

## Description

Als SAP-Projektleitung / Senior SAP Consultant übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in unseren SAP-Programmen. Du arbeitest in einem erfahrenen Team und hast die Möglichkeit, Verantwortung zu übernehmen - fachlich im Projekt und optional auch beim weiteren Ausbau unseres SAP-Schwerpunkts.

Du bist Dreh- und Angelpunkt komplexer SAP-Vorhaben - von der initialen Strukturierung über die Steuerung bis zur erfolgreichen Umsetzung:

 * Leitung und Steuerung anspruchsvoller SAP-Transformationsprojekte
(On-Premise, Cloud, Hybrid) mit klarem Fokus auf SAP S/4HANA und Integration in bestehende Systemlandschaften

 * Gesamtverantwortung für Delivery, Zeit- und Budgetplanung, Governance und Risikomanagement - methodisch sicher, pragmatisch umgesetzt
 * Stakeholder-Management auf allen Ebenen: Fachbereiche, IT, Management, externe Dienstleister
 * Planung und Steuerung komplexer Schnittstellen- und Integrationsszenarien
(z. B. SAP Ariba, Concur, BW/4HANA, CPI/PI, SAP BTP, Non-SAP-Systeme)

 * Konzeption, Vorbereitung und Moderation von
 + Management- und Fachbereichsworkshops
 + Requirements- und Blueprint-Phasen
 + Test-, Cutover- und Go-Live-Phasen
 * Optional: Coaching erfahrener Kollegen sowie punktueller Aufbau interner SAP-Kompetenz
(kein Muss - exzellente Projektarbeit steht im Vordergrund)
