## About the Role

* Bachelor's degree in a STEM field.
 * 5+ years of experience writing advanced SQL (Oracle, Hive, Vertica, MySQL, or similar).
 * Experience designing, building, and maintaining large-scale ETL pipelines and distributed data processing systems.
 * Experience processing and managing very large datasets (millions of records).
 * Experience with Business Intelligence tools such as Tableau, MicroStrategy, or similar.
 * Proficiency in Python and R for data analysis and automation.
 * Experience building automated reporting and dashboard solutions.
 * Experience collaborating with cross-functional business and analytics teams.
 * Proven ability to work independently, lead technical initiatives, and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications and Skills

 * Experience in large technology companies or enterprise-scale environments.
 * Experience supporting growth marketing, campaign analytics, or marketing operations.
 * Strong understanding of modern data engineering best practices and scalable data architecture.
 * Experience optimizing data infrastructure for reporting automation and analytics.
 * Experience mentoring teams or establishing pipeline development best practices.

Education

 * Bachelor's degree in a STEM field required.

## Description

* Build, maintain, and optimize large-scale ETL pipelines and data infrastructure that support marketing operations and analytics.
 * Design and develop automated dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Business Intelligence tools to enable data-driven decision-making.
 * Write, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets from multiple data sources.
 * Partner with growth marketers, program managers, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders to gather reporting requirements and deliver scalable analytics solutions.
 * Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve data quality, integrity, and reporting issues across data pipelines and analytics platforms.
 * Develop automated campaign reporting processes and improve operational efficiency through data automation and workflow optimization.
 * Provide technical leadership and best practices for pipeline development, scalable data architecture, and analytics infrastructure.

Internal Responsibilities

 * Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
 * Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
 * Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs, media material).
 * Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
 * Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
